Ronovan’s Haiku Prompt #61: Tears & Wine

Heart Torn

Sips of wine ferment,

A mournful heart tears open,

Crooning wistful song.

.

Sips of wine ferment, a mournful heart tears open.

A mournful heart tears open crooning wistful song.

  1. Ah, those wistful songs, I often listen to those. They are suppose to heal but sometimes I find they break your heart even further. Music and wine mix sadly. Oddly I don’t drink, so no wine. Use to like it. It is such a romantic imagery. The glass of wine. Seeing your broken rose on the piano keys, a sad but perfect touch to your Haiku. jk-tsk
